Ok, obviously this is going to be hard. I'm in the first day of dieting and right now, even though my tummy is not empty, my blood sugar must be much lower than normal. I have a headache and I'm dizzy.
On a pre-diet day, I would have consumed roughly 4 times the calories by now. My favorite lunch special at Wendy's has more fat and calories than I am allowed in a day and a half.
Did I mention I have a headache and I'm dizzy? Maybe this is because I've had 64 oz. of water today instead of my usual, oh, maybe 6 plus a coke at lunch.
Oh boy, now my stomach is growling. Tell me this gets easier.
