Couch to 5K Week 2: In the Bag

I just finished out week 2 of the Couch to 5k running program.  On Tuesday, I looked ahead to week 3 and was very intimated to see three minutes of non-stop running.  Fast forward to today and I feel ready.  Tonight's run was easy.  I made my best time yet.  I made my best distance.  I finished the second half stronger than I ever have, to the point I had to walk past my house because there was too much time left on the clock.  I pushed myself and it felt good.  I was never tempted to stop.

Running a continuous 10, 20 or 30 minutes still sounds incredibly daunting–but it no longer looks impossible.
