I RAN 20 MINUTES WITHOUT STOPPING!

MINUTES.

I DIDN'T STOP.  I RAN THE WHOLE TIME.

I didn't think I could do it.  The first three minutes were tough.  Minute 9 was really rough.  The dreaded hill was tame.  Minute 15 was brutal until I realized that I'd never run that far.

My pace was down all the way to 11:52/mile.  I don't care.

I RAN 20 MINUTES WITHOUT STOPPING AND I MADE IT THROUGH WEEK 5!
